Full Body Circuit:

  1. 10 snatch
  2. 10 tall box jump
  3. 20 stability ball pull-ins
  4. 10 band pull ups
  5. 20 plank jumps
  6. 10 slow squats explode up

x6 rounds

Upper Body/Ab Circuit:

  1. burn out bench (30, 25, 20, 22)
  2. 10 curl bar
  3. 10 kneeling bar roll outs
  4. 20 each oblique crunches
  5. 20 sit-ups

x4 rounds
