Lift Workout 7

Warm up:

6 Snatch squat
12 High pulls
x4

Workout:

  1. 8 Front squats
  2. 5 Hang clean
  3. 10 1-Arm rows
  4. 12 Plate box jumps
  5. 25 Choice abs

We did this rotation for 20-30 minutes straight, “get in as many as you can” style!
