Lift Workout 6

Today just did a quick stretch and another speed hang cleaning warm up.  The lift was:

  1. 10 heavy shrugs
  2. 5 hang cleans
  3. 10 skull crushers
  4. 12 box jumps
  5. 15 choice curls

We did this for about 25-30 minutes as many sets as possible again.
