Lift Workout 5

Warm up:

20 second overhead plate press
20 second speed clean
x4

Lift:

  1. 10 squats
  2. 6 dead lifts
  3. 12 box jumps
  4. 8 1-arm rows
  5. 8 high pulls

We did this for 20 minutes, as many sets as possible.
