Workout Day 9

What a miserable legs day!!!  Today’s workout…

Conditioning:
Warm up run
10×40 Yard Keiser sprint
(Probably one of the worst things I’ve ever done–very close second to the prowler push!)

Upper Body:
10 Stability ball alternating dumbbell press
10 Band pull apart
10 Cable pull down
10 Hammer curls
10 Chin ups
x3

Lower Body:
(A nice easy one today after my legs felt like murder after the keiser sprints!)
1 Minute power plate
5 Box jumps
10 Stability ball curls
10 Single leg calf raises
x3

Core:
100 Bicycles
50 Russian Twist
30 Second R/L side planks

Total: 1 hour, 15 minutes
