Workout Day 8

Today was an upper body day…

Conditioning: 
1 Mile run
Ladder work (dead legs)

Upper Body:
10 Flat dumbbell bench press
10 One arm rows

30 Second power plate T push ups
30 R/L Band pull downs

20 Alternating kettle bell flips
10 Band pull apart
10 Reverse dumbbell curl
10 Lying dumbbell extensions

Core:
10 R/L Sledge hammer
50 Hip thrusts
x3

Total: 1 hour, 30 minutes
