Workout Day 7

I’m back after working my second camp!  A pretty exhausting two weeks but now I can get back into things!  Today I did lower body, which was pretty tiring, but do-able of course.

Conditioning:
20 Stairs
Ladder/Hurdle work

Lower Body:
1 Minute power plate
20 Monster band walk
20 Kettle bell swings
5 Tire flips
10 R/L Single leg keiser squat
10 Glute ham raises
10 Single leg calf raises

Core:
20 Opposite sliding arm reach
20 R/L Side plank rotation
50 Hip thrust

Total: 1 hour, 30 minutes
