A couple hours after working out and after it cooled down outside, I played a little wall ball again, and luckily my upper body could handle movement better today than my lower body could!! Here’s what I worked on today:
50 R/L normal throw (1 cradle)
50 R/L catch opposite side
50 R/L over the shoulder throw
50 throw right catch left
50 throw left catch right
25 R/L one handed top of stick
25 R/L one handed middle of stick
25 R/L one handed bottom of stick
25 R/L long throw so the ball took a couple bounces back and I could practice reading the bounce
25 R/L long throws, running in for the ground ball, similar to above
15 minutes of stick tricks!
Total: 1 hour
