Workout Day 1

Started getting back into strength workouts today. So tiring but great to be back at it! Today’s workout:

Conditioning:
20 stairs
1000 jump rope

Lower Body:
1 minute power plate
20 kettle bell swings
10 single leg squat
10 box jumps
10 reverse extensions
10 single leg calf raises

Upper Body:
10 walk out/back push ups
20 ring rows
10 each alternating kettle bell swings
10 each alternating hammer curls
20 bench dips

Core:
30 front med ball toss
20 R/L side med ball toss
20 med ball slams
50 hip thrusts

Total: 2 hours
